Return & Refund
We Offer A 7-Day Return Policy For All Products.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Wrong Product
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
- The Product was damaged in shipping
Nutricookworld.in Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
On certain Products, the Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede Nutricookworld.in’s Return Policy.
Nutricookworld.in will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however, locations where we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days.
Non-returnable Products.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
- Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final.
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds. to customer, if customer demands.
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given.
