Caliber Brands Private Limited, India (“we” and “us”) is the operator of https://Nutricookworld.in. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

NOTE: All orders will be delivered in India only.

Courier:

The shipping of the goods will be done by our reputed “Courier Partners” & is owned and managed by them.

General:

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. www.Nutricookworld.in has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.Nutricookworld.in and accept www.Nutricookworld.in decision regarding the cancellation.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs is FREE ANYWHERE IN INDIA in serviceable areas.

Transit Time:

We make every effort to process your order within 2-5 working days from the day it is placed. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.

Once the order is shipped it normally takes 3-5 working days for delivery in major metro cities.

For other locations however, the delivery may take few extra days . For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed 5 days.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change of Delivery Address:
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out of Stock:
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded:
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. You can track your shipment here.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Process for parcel lost in-transit:

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Cancellation of Order by www.nutricookworld.in :

Nutricookworld.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by www.Nutricookworld.in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
