Air Fried Biscuits

May the simplicity of air fried biscuits reminds us that joy can be found in the little things that bring us together.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Custard Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Rose Essence
  • 2.5 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 cup Tutti Frutti
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cashews

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of vanilla custard powder, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, beat 1/4 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until it's light and fluffy.
  3. Add 1/8 tsp of rose essence and 2.5 tbsp of milk to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, custard powder, and baking powder) to the wet mixture. Combine until it forms dough.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of tutti frutti and 2 tbsp of chopped cashews to the dough and mix until they are evenly distributed.
  6. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into biscuits of your desired shape and size.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 165°C for about 10 minutes.
  8. Place the shaped biscuits in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not too crowded.
  9. Air fry at 165°C for about 14 minutes, the biscuits turn golden brown.
  10. Once the biscuits are done, let them cool before enjoying your homemade biscuits.
