Air Fried Biscuits

May the simplicity of air fried biscuits reminds us that joy can be found in the little things that bring us together.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Custard Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Rose Essence
- 2.5 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 cup Tutti Frutti
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cashews
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of vanilla custard powder, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat 1/4 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until it's light and fluffy.
- Add 1/8 tsp of rose essence and 2.5 tbsp of milk to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, custard powder, and baking powder) to the wet mixture. Combine until it forms dough.
- Add 1/4 cup of tutti frutti and 2 tbsp of chopped cashews to the dough and mix until they are evenly distributed.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape them into biscuits of your desired shape and size.
- Preheat your air fryer to 165°C for about 10 minutes.
- Place the shaped biscuits in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not too crowded.
- Air fry at 165°C for about 14 minutes, the biscuits turn golden brown.
- Once the biscuits are done, let them cool before enjoying your homemade biscuits.
