
Butter Cookies

Indulge in the buttery bliss of these delicate Butter Cookies, where simplicity meets irresistible flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 80g Butter (vegan or standard)
- 1/4 cup Palm Sugar (or jaggery or Brown Sugar)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, add the butter to the bowl. Make sure the butter is at room temperature and softened.
- Add the palm sugar (or jaggery or brown sugar) to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and a dough forms. You can use your hands or a spoon for mixing.
- Once the dough is formed, shape it into a ball and flatten it slightly. Place the dough in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave some space between the cookies for even cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer to 170°C for 5 minutes.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated air fryer at 170°C for approximately 13 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
