Butter Cookies

Indulge in the buttery bliss of these delicate Butter Cookies, where simplicity meets irresistible flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 80g Butter (vegan or standard)
  • 1/4 cup Palm Sugar (or jaggery or Brown Sugar)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, add the butter to the bowl. Make sure the butter is at room temperature and softened.
  2. Add the palm sugar (or jaggery or brown sugar) to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and a dough forms. You can use your hands or a spoon for mixing.
  3. Once the dough is formed, shape it into a ball and flatten it slightly. Place the dough in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave some space between the cookies for even cooking.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 170°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Bake the cookies in the preheated air fryer at 170°C for approximately 13 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  6. Once baked, remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
  7. Enjoy your delicious 3-ingredient butter cookies!
