Air Fried Egg Ciabatta

Indulge in the magic of crunchy ciabatta paired with the rich creaminess of a perfectly fried egg – a breakfast treat to remember.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Fried Garlic
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green Part of Spring Onions
  • Mozzarella Cheese, as required
  • Ciabatta Bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat your Air fryer to 160°C for 5 Minutes.
  2. Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
  3. Lightly spread olive oil on the parchment paper to avoid eggs from sticking.
  4. Break the eggs directly onto the parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
  5. Season the eggs with salt, pepper, oregano, and red chilli flakes according to your taste preferences.
  6. Sprinkle fried garlic evenly over the eggs.
  7. Add chopped red bell pepper and the green part of spring onions as toppings.
  8. Place Mozzarella cheese on top as desired.
  9. Close the air fryer basket.
  10. Air fry the eggs at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
  11. Ensure that the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preferred level.
  12. Cut the Ciabatta bread into slices.
  13. Carefully lift the parchment paper with the cooked eggs and place it between slices of Ciabatta bread to form a sandwich.
  14. Your delicious Air Fried Egg Ciabatta sandwich is ready to be enjoyed.
