Air Fried Egg Ciabatta

Indulge in the magic of crunchy ciabatta paired with the rich creaminess of a perfectly fried egg – a breakfast treat to remember.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 6 Eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Fried Garlic
- ½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp Green Part of Spring Onions
- Mozzarella Cheese, as required
- Ciabatta Bread
Directions:
- Preheat your Air fryer to 160°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
- Lightly spread olive oil on the parchment paper to avoid eggs from sticking.
- Break the eggs directly onto the parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Season the eggs with salt, pepper, oregano, and red chilli flakes according to your taste preferences.
- Sprinkle fried garlic evenly over the eggs.
- Add chopped red bell pepper and the green part of spring onions as toppings.
- Place Mozzarella cheese on top as desired.
- Close the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the eggs at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
- Ensure that the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preferred level.
- Cut the Ciabatta bread into slices.
- Carefully lift the parchment paper with the cooked eggs and place it between slices of Ciabatta bread to form a sandwich.
- Your delicious Air Fried Egg Ciabatta sandwich is ready to be enjoyed.
