Air fried Prawn Toast

Air-fried Prawn Toast: A delicious reminder that you can enjoy your favourite flavours without the guilt.
Ingredients:
- 250g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp each garlic & ginger powder
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 spring onions, chopped (green part)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- Bread slices of your choice
- Mix of white and black sesame seeds
- Sweet chilli sauce and Sriracha mayo for serving
Directions:
- Add the peeled and deveined prawns to a food processor or chopper.
- Pulse or chop until you achieve a coarse mixture. You can also finely chop them with a knife.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped prawns with salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, garlic powder, ginger powder, sugar, egg white, chopped spring onions (green part), light soy sauce, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Optionally, you can brush each bread slice with garlic or regular butter for extra flavor.
- Spread spoonfuls of the prawn mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- Sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds (a mix of white and black) on top of the prawn mixture.
- Spray some oil over the prepared prawn toasts.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for a 5 Minutes.
- Place the prepared prawn toasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 200°C for about 7 minutes.
- Serve the Air fried Prawn Toast hot with sweet chilli sauce and Sriracha mayo for dipping.
