Baby Corn Sticks

Experience the joy of savouring the satisfying crunch and gentle sweetness of Baby Corn Sticks.
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 tbsp Maida (All-Purpose Flour)
- 2 to 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt: To taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
- Water: As needed (for batter consistency)
- Bread Crumbs
- Baby Corn
- Oil: For brushing
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Maida, Corn Flour, salt, black pepper powder, and Schezwan chutney.
- Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter with a consistency that coats the back of a spoon. The batter should not be too thick or too thin.
- Coat baby corn with the batter. Make sure each baby corn is well coated.
- Roll the coated baby corn in bread crumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for a 10 minutes.
- Brush the air fryer basket with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated baby corn sticks in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave some space between them for even cooking.
- Air fry at 180°C for about 15 minutes, the baby corn sticks are golden brown and crispy, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once they are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the air fried baby corn sticks hot as a delicious and crispy snack or appetizer. You can also serve them with your favourite dipping sauce.
