Baked Rasgulla: A creative twist on a classic dessert, where sweetness meets warmth in every bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar (substitute with jaggery; add after removing milk from heat)
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Corn flour (optional, for thickening)
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
Directions:
- In a pot, heat Milk over medium heat, once the Milk is warm, add Milk Powder and mix well.
- Stir in Sugar and Brown Sugar (or Jaggery). If using Jaggery, add it after removing the Milk from heat to prevent splitting.
- Add Cardamom Powder to the Milk mixture for flavour.
- If needed, add Corn flour to the mixture. Corn flour helps in thickening the Milk mixture. If not using Corn flour, you will need to reduce the Milk until it thickens.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200°C for 5 Minutes.
- Pour the prepared Milk mixture into an Air fryer safe dish.
- Bake the Rasgulla in Air fryer at 200°C for about 3-4 minutes.
- Check the Rasgulla after 3-4 minutes. If needed, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved. Be cautious not to let it turn too dark.
- Once baked, remove the Baked Rasgulla from the Air fryer and allow it to cool slightly.
- Serve the Baked Rasgulla warm as a unique twist on the traditional dessert.
