Barbeque Cauliflower Bites

From the first bite to the last tangy note, Barbecue Cauliflower Bites redefine snacking with their bold appeal.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
- Parchment Paper
- Barbeque Sauce
Directions:
- Cut the Cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, combine Flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Paprika, and Black Pepper to create the flour mixture.
- Gradually add Water to the flour mixture to create a thick batter.
- Dip each Cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, making sure it's evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the coated Cauliflower florets on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the Cauliflower florets at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
- Once the first round of air frying is done, remove the Cauliflower florets and coat them with Barbeque Sauce.
- Place the Barbeque-coated Cauliflower florets back into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the Cauliflower florets coated with Barbeque Sauce at 180°C for another 5 minutes.
- Once cooked to perfection, remove the Barbeque Cauliflower Bites from the air fryer.
- Serve the flavourful and delicious Barbeque Cauliflower Bites as a tasty appetizer or snack.
