Beetroot Cutlet

Celebrate the fusion of nutrition and taste with Beetroot Cutlets a treat that's both delicious and nourishing.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Grated Beetroot
- 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- Soaked Poha (Flattened Rice)
- Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Grated Beetroot and grated paneer.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, and chaat masala to the mixture.
- Add soaked poha (flattened rice) to the mixture. The soaked poha will help in binding the mixture and adding texture.
- Mix all the ingredients well to form a cohesive mixture.
- Shape the mixture into cutlets of your desired shape and size. You can make them round or patties.
- Roll the shaped cutlets in Sesame Seeds, pressing them gently so they stick to the surface.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the cutlets at 200°C for about 10 minutes, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the cutlets are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the delicious and healthy Beetroot Cutlets hot with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney.
