Beetroot Cutlet

Celebrate the fusion of nutrition and taste with Beetroot Cutlets a treat that's both delicious and nourishing.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Grated Beetroot
  • 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Soaked Poha (Flattened Rice)
  • Sesame Seeds

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Grated Beetroot and grated paneer.
  2. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, and chaat masala to the mixture.
  3. Add soaked poha (flattened rice) to the mixture. The soaked poha will help in binding the mixture and adding texture.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well to form a cohesive mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into cutlets of your desired shape and size. You can make them round or patties.
  6. Roll the shaped cutlets in Sesame Seeds, pressing them gently so they stick to the surface.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 5 Minutes.
  8. Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
  9. Air fry the cutlets at 200°C for about 10 minutes, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  10. Once the cutlets are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
  11. Serve the delicious and healthy Beetroot Cutlets hot with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney.
