Blueberry Mug Cake

Experience instant gratification with a warm blueberry mug cake that's the epitome of comfort and sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Blueberry essence
  • 1/4 cup Blueberry

Directions:

  1. Put the wheat flour, powdered sugar, and baking soda in an ovenproof mug and mix well.
  2. Then add the milk, olive oil, and blueberry essence and mix well to avoid lumps.
  3. The batter should be smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the blueberries and mix in gently.
  5. Bake in the air fryer at 175°C for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. If they are sticky, bake few minutes longer.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool completely.
