Blueberry Mug Cake

Experience instant gratification with a warm blueberry mug cake that's the epitome of comfort and sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp. Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Blueberry essence
- 1/4 cup Blueberry
Directions:
- Put the wheat flour, powdered sugar, and baking soda in an ovenproof mug and mix well.
- Then add the milk, olive oil, and blueberry essence and mix well to avoid lumps.
- The batter should be smooth and creamy.
- Add the blueberries and mix in gently.
- Bake in the air fryer at 175°C for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. If they are sticky, bake few minutes longer.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool completely.
