Cheese Pockets

Experience a symphony of melty cheese and buttery pastry in every bite of these indulgent cheese pockets, a harmony of taste and texture.

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry dough sheet 2 no.
  • Cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
  • Mixed herbs 2 tbsp
  • Salt as needed

Directions:

  1. Take the pastry sheets from the refrigerator and allow them to defrost at room temperature for 20-30 min.
  2. In a medium bowl, take the grated cheese (I have used only mozzarella, any other cheese can be mixed here), mixed herbs, and salt.
  3. Mix everything and keep it aside.
  4. Take one pastry sheet on a flat working surface and cut it into squares (2-3 inches).
  5. Place 1-2 tbsp of the cheese mixture onto the center of one square keeping space on the edges.
  6. Take one square and place it on top of the cheese filling.
  7. Using fingers, start pressing the sides to seal and result in a small cheese pocket.
  8. Preheat the Air fryer 180°C for 5 minutes.
  9. Place the pockets in the Air fryer basket and air-fry them at  180°C for 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy the delicious and crispy air-fried Cheese Pockets!
