Cheese Pockets

Experience a symphony of melty cheese and buttery pastry in every bite of these indulgent cheese pockets, a harmony of taste and texture.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry dough sheet 2 no.
- Cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
- Mixed herbs 2 tbsp
- Salt as needed
Directions:
- Take the pastry sheets from the refrigerator and allow them to defrost at room temperature for 20-30 min.
- In a medium bowl, take the grated cheese (I have used only mozzarella, any other cheese can be mixed here), mixed herbs, and salt.
- Mix everything and keep it aside.
- Take one pastry sheet on a flat working surface and cut it into squares (2-3 inches).
- Place 1-2 tbsp of the cheese mixture onto the center of one square keeping space on the edges.
- Take one square and place it on top of the cheese filling.
- Using fingers, start pressing the sides to seal and result in a small cheese pocket.
- Preheat the Air fryer 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Place the pockets in the Air fryer basket and air-fry them at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy the delicious and crispy air-fried Cheese Pockets!
