Cheese Stuffed Capsicum

Savour the delightful combination of fresh capsicum and melted cheese with these Cheese Stuffed Capsicums, a mouth watering treat for cheese lovers.
Ingredients:
- Capsicum
- Boiled and grated potatoes
- Chopped onion
- Grated cottage cheese/paneer
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Mango powder
- Chilli flakes
- Mozzarella cheese or any other cheese
- Oil
Directions:
- Cut the capsicum (bell pepper) in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes, creating hollow cavities to stuff.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, grated cottage cheese/paneer, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder, and chilli flakes.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Stuff each capsicum half with the potato and cheese mixture, pressing it gently to fill the cavities.
- Grate or slice the mozzarella cheese or any other cheese of your choice and place it on top of each stuffed capsicum.
- Add some oil over the stuffed capsicum to help with browning and moisture.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180 °C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the stuffed capsicum in the preheated air fryer and bake until the capsicum is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the stuffed capsicum from the oven or air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy the cheesy and flavourful stuffed capsicum as a delicious appetizer or side dish!
