Chicken Barra

Experience the allure of Chicken Barra, where each bite is a harmonious blend of tenderness and spice.
Ingredients:
- 400 g Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 cup Fried Onions
- 1/3 cup Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- Salt, to taste
- 3 tbsp Thick Curd
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup Coriander Leaves
- 3 tbsp Ghee, warm
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the fried onions, garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, Salt, thick curd, lemon juice, and coriander leaves.
- Blend everything into a smooth paste.
- In a bowl, place the Chicken Thighs.
- Pour the prepared Blended Masala Paste over the chicken, ensuring they are coated well.
- Add warm Ghee to the marinated chicken and mix to combine.
- Cover and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight for best flavour.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 10 Minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the chicken at 180°C for about 18 minutes, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the chicken is cooked to perfection, remove it from the air fryer.
- Serve the delicious Chicken Barra hot with your choice of side dishes and accompaniments.
