Chicken Malai Roast

Experience the warmth of comfort food and the indulgence of creaminess in Chicken Malai Roast.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Half Butterflied Chicken
- 1/3 cup Garlic
- 1 pinch Ginger
- 8 pods Cashew Nuts
- 6 Green Chillies
- 4 pods Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup Coriander Leaves
- 3 tbsp Hung Curd
- 5 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Dry Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- Salt, to taste
- Ghee (for brushing)
Directions:
- In a blender, combine Garlic, Ginger, Cashew Nuts, Green Chillies, Cardamom Pods, Lemon Juice, and Coriander Leaves.
- Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Hung Curd, the blended paste, Fresh Cream, Mozzarella Cheese, White Pepper Powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Dry Methi, and Salt.
- Mix well to form a marinade.
- Massage the prepared marinade onto the Half Butterflied Chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Cover the chicken and refrigerate it overnight for optimal flavour.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 10 Minutes.
- Place the marinated Chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the Chicken at 180°C for about 20 minutes, turn the chicken after the first 10 minutes for even cooking.
- Once cooked, brush the Chicken Malai Roast with ghee to add a rich glaze.
- Remove the Chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve the succulent and flavourful Chicken Malai Roast, perfect for a special meal or occasion.
