Chicken Sliders

Let the joy of bite-sized satisfaction and the deliciousness of Chicken Sliders make your dining experience extraordinary.
Ingredients:
- Slider Buns
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Medium-sized Onion
- 1 Small Capsicum
- 1 Shredded Chicken Breast (Boiled/Grilled, Grilled tastes better)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Tomato Ketchup
Directions:
- Add some olive oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and cook on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.
- Add the finely chopped capsicum and cook for another 1 minute until it becomes slightly tender.
- Add the shredded chicken breast (boiled or grilled) to the pan then add the seasonings: soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
- Cook the chicken mixture on high heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. This helps to infuse the flavours.
- Turn off the heat and add the mayonnaise. Mix until everything is well combined. The chicken filling is ready.
- Cut the slider buns in half, Apply a layer of tomato ketchup on the bottom half of the buns.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the ketchup, Spoon the chicken filling generously over the cheese.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken filling, Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
- Preheat your Air fryer to 120°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the assembled sliders in the Air fryer basket. You can apply some garlic butter on top at this stage for extra flavour if you like.
- Air fry the sliders for 4-6 minutes, the cheese melts, and the top becomes golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Once done, remove the sliders from the Air fryer, Serve your delicious Chicken Sliders hot and enjoy!
