Chicken Sliders

Let the joy of bite-sized satisfaction and the deliciousness of Chicken Sliders make your dining experience extraordinary.

Ingredients:

  • Slider Buns
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Medium-sized Onion
  • 1 Small Capsicum
  • 1 Shredded Chicken Breast (Boiled/Grilled, Grilled tastes better)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Tomato Ketchup

Directions:

  1. Add some olive oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and cook on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  2. Add the finely chopped capsicum and cook for another 1 minute until it becomes slightly tender.
  3. Add the shredded chicken breast (boiled or grilled) to the pan then add the seasonings: soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
  4. Cook the chicken mixture on high heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. This helps to infuse the flavours.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the mayonnaise. Mix until everything is well combined. The chicken filling is ready.
  6. Cut the slider buns in half, Apply a layer of tomato ketchup on the bottom half of the buns.
  7. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the ketchup, Spoon the chicken filling generously over the cheese.
  8. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken filling, Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
  9. Preheat your Air fryer to 120°C for 5 Minutes.
  10. Place the assembled sliders in the Air fryer basket. You can apply some garlic butter on top at this stage for extra flavour if you like.
  11. Air fry the sliders for 4-6 minutes, the cheese melts, and the top becomes golden brown and slightly crispy.
  12. Once done, remove the sliders from the Air fryer, Serve your delicious Chicken Sliders hot and enjoy!
