Chili Cauliflower Bites

Elevate Your Snack Game with Flavorful Chili Cauliflower Bites.

Ingredients:

  • Washed cauliflower
  • Asafoetida
  • Red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt
  • Corn flour
  • Oil

Directions:

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by washing it thoroughly. Dip the cauliflower in a mixture of salt and turmeric water for 15-30 minutes to remove any dirt or worms. Rinse it properly afterward.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the washed cauliflower with a pinch of Asafoetida, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, and salt. Toss the cauliflower well to ensure all the spices are evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle corn flour over the cauliflower and mix again to coat the florets with a thin layer of corn flour. This will help create a crispy texture. Preheat your air fryer to 150°C for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are evenly spread out and not overlapping.
  5. Air fry the cauliflower bites at 150°C for 8 minutes. Check the crispiness and texture of the cauliflower. If desired, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to achieve a crispier texture.
  6. Once cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove the cauliflower bites from the air fryer basket and transfer them to a serving dish. Serve the air fried chili cauliflower bites hot as a snack or appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
