Choco Chip Cookies

Experience the irresistible combination of sweet and chocolaty flavors in these homemade Choco Chip Cookies, a timeless favourite for cookie lovers.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Choco chips

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract & salt. Mix it well.
  2. Then add eggs. Mix until sugar melts.
  3. Add the sieved APL followed by baking soda & choco chips. Mix in cut and fold motion until everything is well combined.
  4. Cover with cling wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for 15-40 mins.
  6. Scoop a small portion from the dough using a spoon.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  8. Bake the Cookies at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  9. Once baked, remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
  10. Your Choco Chip Cookies are ready.
