Choco Chip Cookies

Experience the irresistible combination of sweet and chocolaty flavors in these homemade Choco Chip Cookies, a timeless favourite for cookie lovers.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Choco chips
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, add in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract & salt. Mix it well.
- Then add eggs. Mix until sugar melts.
- Add the sieved APL followed by baking soda & choco chips. Mix in cut and fold motion until everything is well combined.
- Cover with cling wrap.
- Refrigerate for 15-40 mins.
- Scoop a small portion from the dough using a spoon.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Bake the Cookies at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Your Choco Chip Cookies are ready.
