Prepare to surrender to the temptation of this Chocolate Lava Cake, where a tender exterior gives way to an explosion of warm, gooey chocolate nirvana.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Amul Dark Chocolate (for the lava filling)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla essence.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Take some ramekin bowls (ramekins) and grease them with butter to prevent sticking.
- Pour the batter into the greased ramekins, filling them about halfway. Break small pieces of Amul Dark Chocolate and place them in the centre of the batter in each ramekin. This will create the lava filling.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the filled ramekins in the air fryer at 180°C and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Check the cakes after 8 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the edges. The toothpick should come out clean, while the center should be gooey with melted chocolate.
- Once baked, remove the ramekins from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
