Coffee Bean Cookies

Experience the joy of savouring the complex taste and delightful aroma of Coffee Bean Cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Hot Water
- 2 tsp Coffee
- 1/4 cup Softened Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 tbsp Cornflower
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of hot water with 2 tsp of coffee to make a coffee mixture. Set it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup softened butter and 1/2 cup sugar until well combined and creamy.
- Add the coffee mixture to the butter-sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla essence for added flavour.
- In a separate bowl, sieve together 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (Maida), 1 tbsp cornflower, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture to form a dough.
- Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a flat sheet. Use a toothpick to press gently in the middle, creating a coffee bean shape.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200°C for about 3 minutes.
- Place the rolled cookies on the air fryer basket and bake at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
- Once the cookies are baked, let them cool down completely.
