Corn Nachos

Experience the joy of dipping, munching, and sharing the crispy goodness of Corn Nachos.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Maize Flour
- 1/3 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour)
- 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Maize Flour, Maida, Turmeric Powder, Oil, and Salt.
- Gradually add Water and knead the mixture into a soft and smooth dough.
- Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a thin sheet on a floured surface.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into equal-sized triangles, like traditional nachos.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the cut triangles of dough in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the Corn Nachos at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
- Once the Corn Nachos are cooked to perfection, remove them from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
- Serve the delicious and crunchy Corn Nachos as a tasty snack on their own or with your favourite dips.
