Corn Nachos

Experience the joy of dipping, munching, and sharing the crispy goodness of Corn Nachos.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Maize Flour
  • 1/3 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour)
  • 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Maize Flour, Maida, Turmeric Powder, Oil, and Salt.
  2. Gradually add Water and knead the mixture into a soft and smooth dough.
  3. Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a thin sheet on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the rolled-out dough into equal-sized triangles, like traditional nachos.
  5. Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  6. Place the cut triangles of dough in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry the Corn Nachos at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
  8. Once the Corn Nachos are cooked to perfection, remove them from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
  9. Serve the delicious and crunchy Corn Nachos as a tasty snack on their own or with your favourite dips.
