Crispy Potato Wedges

Crispy Potato Wedges: A comfort food that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Potatoes  
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder  
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika  
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Basil  
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed Herbs  
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Oil - (to help coat the spices with the potatoes)
  • Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash and scrub the Potatoes. Cut them into Wedges.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Garlic Powder, Paprika, Dried Basil, Mixed Herbs, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Oil, and Salt.
  3. Add the Potato Wedges to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  5. Place the marinated Potato Wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
  6. Air fry the Potato Wedges at 180°C for about 15 minutes, once the Potato Wedges are cooked to perfection, remove them from the air fryer.
  7. Serve the delicious Crispy Potato Wedges hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as mayonnaise or ketchup.
