Crispy Potato Wedges

Crispy Potato Wedges: A comfort food that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients:
- 2 Potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp Mixed Herbs
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Oil - (to help coat the spices with the potatoes)
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Wash and scrub the Potatoes. Cut them into Wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Garlic Powder, Paprika, Dried Basil, Mixed Herbs, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Oil, and Salt.
- Add the Potato Wedges to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the marinated Potato Wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the Potato Wedges at 180°C for about 15 minutes, once the Potato Wedges are cooked to perfection, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the delicious Crispy Potato Wedges hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as mayonnaise or ketchup.
