Egg Toast

Egg toast: a quick and easy breakfast option that fuels your morning with energy and goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • Butter (for spreading)
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes

Directions:

  1. Take two slices of bread and spread butter on both sides of each slice. Use a small bowl or any round object to make a mark in the center of each bread slice, creating a well for the egg.
  2. Break an egg into each well made in the bread. Sprinkle desired amounts of pepper powder, salt, and chilli flakes on top of the eggs, adjusting according to your taste preferences.
  3. Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry the egg toast at 180°C for 3-5 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Keep an eye on the toast as it cooks to avoid overcooking the eggs or burning the bread.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the egg toast from the air fryer and serve immediately.
