Eggless Chocolate Cake

Enjoy a slice of pure chocolate bliss with this eggless chocolate cake, a must-try for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 3 to 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the sugar and oil. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the milk, instant coffee, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the sugar-oil mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Place the cake pan at 180°C and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, carefully transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely before frosting or serving.
