Eggless Coconut Cookies

Eggless Coconut Cookies: A delightful reminder that simple ingredients can create moments of bliss.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour/Plain Flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter (Salted or Unsalted), at room temperature
- 2-3 drops of Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 cup Desiccated Coconut (Dry Grated Coconut)
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Maida and Baking Soda, add Powdered Sugar and softened Butter. Mix well until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
- Add Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence to the mixture, mix in Desiccated Coconut and gently combine the ingredients.
- Gradually add Milk to the mixture and knead it into a soft dough. The dough should come together without being too sticky.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Bake the Eggless Coconut Cookies in the Air fryer 180°C 15 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the cookies from the Air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Once the Eggless Coconut Cookies are completely cooled, they are ready to be enjoyed as a delightful treat.
