Eggless Coconut Cookies

Eggless Coconut Cookies: A delightful reminder that simple ingredients can create moments of bliss.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour/Plain Flour)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Salted or Unsalted), at room temperature
  • 2-3 drops of Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence
  • 3/4 cup Desiccated Coconut (Dry Grated Coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Maida and Baking Soda, add Powdered Sugar and softened Butter. Mix well until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
  2. Add Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence to the mixture, mix in Desiccated Coconut and gently combine the ingredients.
  3. Gradually add Milk to the mixture and knead it into a soft dough. The dough should come together without being too sticky.
  4. Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  5. Bake the Eggless Coconut Cookies in the Air fryer 180°C 15 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove the cookies from the Air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
  7. Once the Eggless Coconut Cookies are completely cooled, they are ready to be enjoyed as a delightful treat.
