Onion Rings

Get ready to dip and devour these crispy onion rings, the ideal companion to any burger or sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 cup Panko /bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/ 2 tsp pepper powder

Directions:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients with water and make a thick flow batter. 
  2. Roll the sliced onions in fry flour and dip into the batter and roll into bread crumbs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes. Grease the air fryer basket.
  4. Arrange the rings keeping some space in between.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
