Hara Bhara Kebab Wrap

Hara Bhara Kebab: A culinary masterpiece where the freshness of greens meets the bold spices in a bite-sized burst of flavour.

Ingredients:

  • Ginger
  • Green chillies (both chopped and whole)
  • Peas
  • Onion
  • Spinach (chopped)
  • Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • Oats (for binding)
  • Green chutney
  • Chapati (or tortilla)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ketchup
  • Chipotle sauce

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine ginger, green chillies (both chopped and whole), peas, chopped onion, chopped spinach, paneer (cottage cheese), and oats.
  2. Blend until you have a well-mixed mixture that is not too smooth but holds together.
  3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized kebabs, Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  4. Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  5. Air fry the kebabs at 180°C for 10 minutes, shake the basket or flip the kebabs halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  6. Spread some green chutney on a chapati or tortilla, Add a layer of shredded lettuce and some fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Place the Hara-Bhara kebab, cut in half, on top of the lettuce.
  8. Drizzle with ketchup and chipotle sauce for added flavour, Roll up the chapati or tortilla to create your wrap.
  9. Your delicious, protein-rich Hara Bhara Kebab Wrap is now ready to eat!
