Hara Bhara Kebab Wrap

Hara Bhara Kebab: A culinary masterpiece where the freshness of greens meets the bold spices in a bite-sized burst of flavour.
Ingredients:
- Ginger
- Green chillies (both chopped and whole)
- Peas
- Onion
- Spinach (chopped)
- Paneer (cottage cheese)
- Oats (for binding)
- Green chutney
- Chapati (or tortilla)
- Shredded lettuce
- Coriander leaves
- Ketchup
- Chipotle sauce
Directions:
- In a food processor, combine ginger, green chillies (both chopped and whole), peas, chopped onion, chopped spinach, paneer (cottage cheese), and oats.
- Blend until you have a well-mixed mixture that is not too smooth but holds together.
- Shape the mixture into medium-sized kebabs, Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
- Air fry the kebabs at 180°C for 10 minutes, shake the basket or flip the kebabs halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
- Spread some green chutney on a chapati or tortilla, Add a layer of shredded lettuce and some fresh coriander leaves.
- Place the Hara-Bhara kebab, cut in half, on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle with ketchup and chipotle sauce for added flavour, Roll up the chapati or tortilla to create your wrap.
