Healthy Soya Chunks

Taste the perfection: Air-fried soya chunks that are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
Ingredients:
- Boiled soya chunks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Corn Flour
- Oil
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the boiled soya chunks.
- Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste to the bowl.
- Add corn flour and curd to the mixture.
- Add some oil in the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well until the soya chunks are evenly coated with the spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C for 10 Minutes.
- Place the coated soya chunks in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the soya chunks at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Once the 20 minutes are up, remove the air-fried soya chunks from the air fryer.
- Serve hot as a delicious and crispy snack.
