Healthy Soya Chunks

Taste the perfection: Air-fried soya chunks that are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled soya chunks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Corn Flour
  • Oil

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the boiled soya chunks.
  2. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste to the bowl.
  3. Add corn flour and curd to the mixture.
  4. Add some oil in the bowl.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well until the soya chunks are evenly coated with the spices.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C for 10 Minutes.
  7. Place the coated soya chunks in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry the soya chunks at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  9. After 10 minutes, shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
  10. Once the 20 minutes are up, remove the air-fried soya chunks from the air fryer.
  11. Serve hot as a delicious and crispy snack.
