Lemon Pepper Chicken: A reminder that a touch of zest and a pinch of pepper can elevate a classic.
Ingredients:
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Onion Powder - 1 tsp
- Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
- Paprika Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Chicken pieces (as desired)
- Lemon Zest of 1 Lemon
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mixed Herbs, Paprika Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper to make the marinade.
- Rub the marinade onto the Chicken pieces, ensuring they are coated evenly. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least half an hour.
- Combine Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, and Black Pepper Powder to create a zesty lemon pepper mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the marinated Chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the Chicken at 180°C for about 10 minutes
- Once the Lemon Pepper Chicken is cooked to perfection, remove it from the air fryer.
- Serve the delicious Lemon Pepper Chicken hot with your choice of sides and enjoy the zesty and flavourful dish.
