Lemon Pepper Chicken

Lemon Pepper Chicken: A reminder that a touch of zest and a pinch of pepper can elevate a classic.

Ingredients:

  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion Powder - 1 tsp
  • Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Chicken pieces (as desired)
  • Lemon Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mixed Herbs, Paprika Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade onto the Chicken pieces, ensuring they are coated evenly. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least half an hour.
  3. Combine Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, and Black Pepper Powder to create a zesty lemon pepper mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  5. Place the marinated Chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
  6. Air fry the Chicken at 180°C for about 10 minutes
  7. Once the Lemon Pepper Chicken is cooked to perfection, remove it from the air fryer.
  8. Serve the delicious Lemon Pepper Chicken hot with your choice of sides and enjoy the zesty and flavourful dish.
