Lobia Kebabs

Air Fried Lobia Kebabs: A burst of taste and nutrition that brings together the goodness of lobia beans with the crunchiness of air frying.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups Boiled Lobia (Black-Eyed Peas)
- 3 Boiled Potatoes
- ½ cup Chopped Onions
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Quinoa Flour
- 2 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled Lobia (Black-Eyed Peas) and boiled Potatoes. Mash them together well.
- Add Chopped Onions, finely chopped Green Chillies, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala, Quinoa Flour, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice, and Salt.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a cohesive mixture.
- Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into kebabs or patties. You can use your hands to shape them or use a mold for uniformity.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 10 Minutes.
- Grease the air fryer basket or tray with a little oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the shaped kebabs in the greased air fryer basket or tray. Ensure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
- Air fry the Lobia Kebabs at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- The kebabs should turn golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Once the Lobia Kebabs are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the hot and flavourful Lobia Kebabs as a delicious and healthier snack or appetizer.
