  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Chilli sauce
  • Maida (all-purpose flour)
  • Water
  • Oil (for air frying)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and add minced garlic and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
  4. Add chopped capsicum and shredded cabbage. Cook for a few minutes until they soften.
  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan and toss everything together. Ensure the sauce coats the noodles and veggies evenly. Cook for a couple of minutes.

  8. Take one spring roll sheet at a time and place it on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
  9. Place a spoonful of the prepared Maggi and vegetable filling in the center of the sheet.
  10. Fold the bottom corner of the sheet over the filling, fold in the sides to enclose the filling and then roll it up tightly into a spring roll shape. Use a bit of Maida mixed with water to seal the edges.
  11. Repeat the process with the remaining sheets and filling.
  12. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes, lightly brush or spray the spring rolls with oil.
  13. Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd them; you may need to fry them in batches.
  14. Air fry at 180°C for about 10 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
  15. Once done, Remove the spring rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  16. Serve your Maggi Spring Rolls hot with your favourite dipping sauce, such as chilli dip or ketchup.
