Mini Pizza Pockets

From the first nibble to the last cheesy note, Mini Pizza Pockets redefine snacking with their pocket-sized deliciousness.   

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices
  • Schezwan Chutney (or pizza sauce)
  • Chopped onions
  • Boiled corn
  • Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • Cheese
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Butter

Directions:

  1. Take a bread slice and roll it out thin with a rolling pin to flatten it.
  2. Spread a layer of Schezwan chutney or pizza sauce on the bread slice.
  3. Add a spoonful of chopped onions, boiled corn, and small cubes of paneer on one half of the bread slice.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over the toppings, sprinkle a pinch of oregano and chilli flakes for added flavour.
  5. Fold the other half of the bread slice over the toppings to create a semi-circle.
  6. Use a fork to press down the edges and seal the pocket.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes, Brush the mini pizza pocket with melted butter on both sides.
  8. Place the pocket in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  9. Air fry at 180°C for about 10 minutes, flip them halfway through for even cooking.
  10. Once done remove Mini Pizza Pockets from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
  11. Your Mini Pizza Pockets are ready to be enjoyed! Serve them hot with ketchup or your favourite dip.
