Mini Pizza Pockets

From the first nibble to the last cheesy note, Mini Pizza Pockets redefine snacking with their pocket-sized deliciousness.
Ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Schezwan Chutney (or pizza sauce)
- Chopped onions
- Boiled corn
- Paneer (cottage cheese)
- Cheese
- Oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Butter
Directions:
- Take a bread slice and roll it out thin with a rolling pin to flatten it.
- Spread a layer of Schezwan chutney or pizza sauce on the bread slice.
- Add a spoonful of chopped onions, boiled corn, and small cubes of paneer on one half of the bread slice.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the toppings, sprinkle a pinch of oregano and chilli flakes for added flavour.
- Fold the other half of the bread slice over the toppings to create a semi-circle.
- Use a fork to press down the edges and seal the pocket.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes, Brush the mini pizza pocket with melted butter on both sides.
- Place the pocket in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 180°C for about 10 minutes, flip them halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done remove Mini Pizza Pockets from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
- Your Mini Pizza Pockets are ready to be enjoyed! Serve them hot with ketchup or your favourite dip.
