Mini Samosa Bites

Indulge in the symphony of textures and flavours as you savour each Mini Samosa Bite, a perfect balance in every nibble.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Blanched Green Peas
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- Black Salt - as per taste
- 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (optional)
- Samosa Sheets
- Maida (All-Purpose Flour) - (to make the slurry paste)
Directions:
- In a pan, heat Oil and sauté the finely chopped Onion until translucent.
- Add the Blanched Green Peas and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add the Boiled and Mashed Potatoes and mix well.
- Season with Black Salt, Coriander and Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, and optionally, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Mix until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool.
- Mix a small amount of Maida with water to create a slurry paste. This will be used to seal the samosa sheets.
- Take a Samosa Sheet and fold it into a cone shape, sealing the edges with the slurry paste.
- Fill the cone with a spoonful of the prepared filling.
- Seal the top of the filled cone by folding it over and using the slurry paste to secure the edges.
- Preheat your air fryer at 170°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the filled and sealed samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the mini samosas at 170°C for about 10 minutes
- Once the mini samosas are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the delicious Mini Samosa Bites hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
