- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder

- In a mixing bowl, combine Curd, Milk, Ghee, Honey, Sugar, and Cardamom Powder.
- Gradually add Suji (Semolina) to the wet mixture. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Allow the Suji batter to proof for 10 minutes. This will help in the activation of baking agents.

- Bake the Panchamrit Cake in the Air fryer at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
- Insert a toothpick into the centre of the cake. If it comes out clean or with a few dry crumbs, the cake is done.

- Gently remove the cake from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve the delicious Panchamrit Cake, which combines the flavours of curd, milk, honey, and ghee with the aromatic touch of cardamom.
