Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced paneer (cottage cheese)
  • Cornflakes for coating

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

  6. Cook the paneer Kurkure in the air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. You may need to flip them halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Once cooked, remove the paneer Kurkure from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve the air fried paneer Kurkure hot as a snack or appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
