Paneer Masala Fries

Experience the crunch and spice of India in every bite with Air-Fried Crispy Paneer Masala Fries!
Ingredients:
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into fry-like strips
- Chilli paste
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Carom seeds (Ajwain)
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander powder
- Red chilli powder
- Corn starch
- Orange food color (optional)
- Salt
- Oil or butter (optional, for coating)
Directions:
- In a bowl, prepare a marinade by mixing 1 tsp Chilli paste, 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste, Carom seeds, Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, Corn starch, Orange food color (if using), Salt to taste.
- Add the paneer strips to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- If using oil or butter, lightly coat the marinated paneer strips with a small amount of oil or melted butter. This will help enhance the crispiness.
- Place the coated paneer strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 180°C for approximately 14 minutes. Flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the paneer masala fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the crispy paneer masala fries hot as a delightful appetizer or snack.
