Paneer Pizza

Treat yourself to a cheesy delight, Air-Fried Paneer Pizza, a desi spin on everyone's favourite pie!
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tsp Pizza sauce
- 2-3 tsp Mayonnaise
- Mozzarella cheese, grated (as much as you prefer)
- Veggies of your choice (e.g., bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, etc.), chopped
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), diced or crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Olive oil (for brushing, optional)
Directions:
- Place the pizza base on a clean, flat surface.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Spread the mayonnaise over the pizza sauce, covering the surface.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce and mayonnaise, ensuring the entire base is covered with cheese.
- Add the chopped veggies and paneer on top of the cheese, distributing them evenly.
- Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano over the toppings for extra flavour.
- Optional: If you prefer a golden crust, you can lightly brush the edges of the pizza base with olive oil.
- Carefully transfer the prepared pizza to the air fryer basket. If your pizza base is larger than the air fryer basket, you may need to cut it to fit.
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C for a 5 minutes.
- Bake the paneer pizza at 160°C for about 12 minutes, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust turns golden brown and crispy.
- Once the pizza is done, carefully remove it from the air fryer.
- Slice the Paneer Pizza into pieces and serve hot.
