Papad Spring Rolls

From traditional to trendsetting, Papad Spring Rolls redefine snack time with a crispy twist.
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Garlic, minced
- Green chillies, finely chopped
- Assorted Veggies of your choice (e.g., carrots, cabbage, bell peppers), finely chopped
- Soy sauce
- Red chilli sauce
- Tomato ketchup
- Pizza-pasta sauce (or any other preferred sauce)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Red chilli powder, to taste
- Papad
Directions:
- In a pan, melt a bit of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and finely chopped green chillies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the assorted veggies of your choice. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and pizza-pasta sauce according to your taste preferences.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook until the veggies are tender and the flavours are combined. Set aside.
- Take the papad and soak them in water for about 10 seconds to soften.
- Gently remove them from the water and place them on a clean towel to absorb excess water.
- Lay a softened papad on a clean, dry surface, Place a portion of the prepared filling onto the center of the papad.
- Begin rolling the papad tightly, enclosing the filling as you roll, similar to how you would roll a spring roll.
- Ensure that the filling is wrapped securely within the papad.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes, Lightly grease the air fryer basket or use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Place the rolled papad spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the papad spring rolls at 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes.Flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the papad spring rolls are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the crispy papad spring rolls hot with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney.
