Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup boiled peas
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine half cup flour, salt, oil and mix well.
- Add the remaining half cup of all-purpose flour and mix again.
- Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough. Set it aside for a while.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onion, capsicum, boiled peas, corn, black pepper powder, and salt. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add pizza sauce, tomato sauce, chili flakes, and oregano. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool. Then add shredded cheese and mix.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (or as recommended by your air fryer's instructions).
- Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut them into small circles or squares.
- Place a spoonful of the prepared stuffing in the center of each dough piece.
- Seal the edges using a fork, pressing firmly.
- Arrange the stuffed puffs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Air fry at 200°C for about 10 minutes or until the puffs turn brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve the delicious air fried pizza puffs hot.
