Pizza Samosa

Indulge in a crispy and healthier version of samosa’s with these Air fried Pizza Samosa’s, where the classic Indian snack meets the Italian goodness of pizza.
Ingredients:
- Desired vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes)
- Pizza sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Oregano
- Cheese
- All-purpose flour (AP flour)
- Water
- Samosa sheets (or homemade dough)
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the desired vegetables (finely chopped), pizza sauce, mayonnaise, oregano, and cheese. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Prepare slurry by mixing some all-purpose flour (AP flour) with water to create a thick paste. This will be used as a sealing agent for the samosa’s.
- Take a samosa sheet or a triangle/rectangle of prepared samosa dough. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto one end of the samosa sheet or dough.
- Fold the samosa sheet or dough over the filling to create a triangle shape. Use the slurry made from AP flour and water to seal the edges of the samosa, ensuring it is properly closed.
- Preheat the Air fryer 180°C for 5 minutes. Place the prepared samosa’s in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
- Air fry the samosa’s 180°C for 10 minutes, once cooked, remove the air-fried pizza samosas from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
