Ingredients:

  • Raw potatoes
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pizza sauce
  • Assorted veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • Cheese
  • Black pepper powder
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano

Directions:

  1. Take raw potatoes and cut them into slices as shown in the recipe. Using a fork, make little holes on each potato slice. This will help them cook evenly.
  2. Brush the potato slices with melted butter and sprinkle salt on both sides. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  3. Place the prepared potato slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Remember to flip the slices after 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  4. While the potato slices are cooking, prepare your toppings. Chop assorted veggies such as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms into small pieces. Grate the cheese.
  5. Once the potato slices are cooked and slightly crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  6. On each potato slice, spread a layer of pizza sauce.
  7. Add your desired veggies and sprinkle grated cheese over the toppings. Sprinkle black pepper powder, chilli flakes, and oregano according to your taste preferences.
  8. Place the topped potato slices back into the air fryer basket and bake for 7 minutes at 200°C until the cheese melts and the toppings are heated through.
  9. Once baked, remove the potato pizza slices from the air fryer and serve hot.
  10. Enjoy your air fryer potato pizzas as a delicious and unique twist on traditional pizza!
