Ingredients:
- Raw potatoes
- Butter
- Salt
- Pizza sauce
- Assorted veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- Cheese
- Black pepper powder
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
Directions:
- Take raw potatoes and cut them into slices as shown in the recipe. Using a fork, make little holes on each potato slice. This will help them cook evenly.
- Brush the potato slices with melted butter and sprinkle salt on both sides. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
- Place the prepared potato slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Remember to flip the slices after 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- While the potato slices are cooking, prepare your toppings. Chop assorted veggies such as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms into small pieces. Grate the cheese.
- Once the potato slices are cooked and slightly crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
- On each potato slice, spread a layer of pizza sauce.
- Add your desired veggies and sprinkle grated cheese over the toppings. Sprinkle black pepper powder, chilli flakes, and oregano according to your taste preferences.
- Place the topped potato slices back into the air fryer basket and bake for 7 minutes at 200°C until the cheese melts and the toppings are heated through.
- Once baked, remove the potato pizza slices from the air fryer and serve hot.
