Roasted potatoes

Roasted Potatoes: A culinary classic where the simple potato is transformed into a crispy, flavourful delight.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Paprika Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Pepper Powder
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cut potatoes with paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well to coat the potatoes with the seasonings.
  3. Let the potato mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.
  7. Cook the potatoes at 190°C for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes, open the air fryer basket and shake it to ensure even cooking.
  9. Continue cooking the potatoes for an additional 5 minutes at 200°C.
  10. Once the potatoes are nicely roasted and golden, remove them from the air fryer.
  11. Serve the roasted potatoes hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
