Roasted Potatoes: A culinary classic where the simple potato is transformed into a crispy, flavourful delight.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Paprika Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Pepper Powder
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cut potatoes with paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well to coat the potatoes with the seasonings.
- Let the potato mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.
- Cook the potatoes at 190°C for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, open the air fryer basket and shake it to ensure even cooking.
- Continue cooking the potatoes for an additional 5 minutes at 200°C.
- Once the potatoes are nicely roasted and golden, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the roasted potatoes hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
