Sabudana Vada

Indulge in the perfect blend of sabudana pearls, potatoes, and spices with these irresistible air-fried Sabudana Vada.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sabudana (sago pearls), washed and soaked in 1 cup water for 6 hours
- 2 boiled potatoes
- Sendha namak (rock salt)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes (mashed), sendha namak, black pepper powder salt, red chili powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green chilies.
- Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough-like consistency.
- Preheat your Nutricook Air fryer to 180°C.
- Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a vada (patty) using your hands.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough to make more vadas.
- Place the vadas in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Air fry the sabudana vadas at 180°C for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the vadas from the air fryer and serve them hot with your favorite dip.
