Snowball Cookies

Snowball Cookies: A winter wonderland in every bite, where buttery richness meets a flurry of powdered sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar + extra for dusting
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
- ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
Directions:
- In a bowl, sieve together all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, take butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence.
- Beat the mixture until it becomes creamy and pale in color.
- Gradually add the sieved flour mixture to the creamy butter-sugar mixture.
- Mix until you get smooth dough.
- Take approximately 1 tablespoon of the dough at a time and roll it into round balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them.
- If desired, you can line the basket with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated air fryer at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool for a bit after removing them from the air fryer.
- Roll each cookie in powdered sugar while they are still slightly warm.
- Once completely cooled and coated with powdered sugar, store the Snowball Cookies in an airtight container.
- Your Snowball Cookies are ready to be enjoyed as a delightful treat.
