Snowball Cookies

Snowball Cookies: A winter wonderland in every bite, where buttery richness meets a flurry of powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar + extra for dusting
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, sieve together all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, take butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence.
  3. Beat the mixture until it becomes creamy and pale in color.
  4. Gradually add the sieved flour mixture to the creamy butter-sugar mixture.
  5. Mix until you get smooth dough.
  6. Take approximately 1 tablespoon of the dough at a time and roll it into round balls.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  8. Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them.
  9. If desired, you can line the basket with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  10. Bake the cookies in the preheated air fryer at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
  11. Allow the cookies to cool for a bit after removing them from the air fryer.
  12. Roll each cookie in powdered sugar while they are still slightly warm.
  13. Once completely cooled and coated with powdered sugar, store the Snowball Cookies in an airtight container.
  14. Your Snowball Cookies are ready to be enjoyed as a delightful treat.
