Soya Kebabs

Celebrate the versatility of Soya Kebabs, where innovation and tradition collide to create a culinary masterpiece.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled Soya Granules
- 1 grated Carrot
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Ginger
- Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 small size boiled and mashed Potato
- Spices: salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya (coriander) powder, garam masala, amchur (dried mango powder), black pepper, jeera (cumin) powder
- Fresh Dhaniya (Coriander) Leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp Besan (Chickpea Flour)
- 1/2 tbsp Rice Flour
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled Soya Granules, grated Carrot, chopped Onions, chopped Ginger, chopped Garlic, and chopped Green Chillies.
- Add the boiled and mashed Potato to the mixture. This will help bind the ingredients together.
- Add the following spices according to your taste: Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder, Garam Masala, Amchur (Dried Mango Powder), Black Pepper, and Jeera (Cumin) Powder.
- Mix in the chopped fresh Dhaniya (Coriander) Leaves for added flavour.
- Add 1 tbsp of Besan (Chickpea Flour) and 1/2 tbsp of Rice Flour. These will help in binding the mixture and making it easier to shape.
- Mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Take portions of the mixture and shape them into kebabs or patties of your desired shape.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the shaped kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the kebabs at 190°C for about 15 minutes, once the kebabs are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve the super healthy Soya Kebabs with green Coriander Chutney and lemony Onions for a delicious and nutritious meal.
