Strawberry Focaccia

Satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing the satisfaction of savory bread with this irresistible strawberry focaccia.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp Yeast (instant)
- 2 tsp Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup water (Luke warm)
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- Brown sugar for sprinkling
- Strawberry slices (few)
Directions:
- Add lukewarm water to a mixing bowl along with sugar and yeast.
- Mix with a spoon and let stand, covered, for 8-10 minutes until the yeast begins to froth.
- Then take the flour in a mixing bowl and add the yeast mixture.
- Mix everything very well to make a soft and sticky dough.
- Then put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and set aside for at least 1 hour so that the dough rises to twice its size.
- Now transfer the dough to a greased baking tin and use your fingers to spread and stretch the dough to fit the tin.
- Place the strawberry slices on the dough and sprinkle some brown sugar on top.
- Cover the tin, set aside, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a hot air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes or until the focaccia is golden brown.
- Remove from the fryer and let cool.
- Cut into squares and serve!
