- 1½ tbsp. (20 g) butter
- 1 tbsp. (15 g) sugar
- 3 tbsp. (45 g) warm milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp. (35 g) all-purpose flour

Directions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, melt the butter for about 20-30 seconds until fully melted.
- Add the sugar to the melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Pour in the warm milk and vanilla extract, and mix until the sugar has dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the mug, stirring well after each addition, until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Gently add in the cut strawberries into the batter.
- Air fry the mug 180°C for 2 minutes, or until it has risen and is cooked through.
- Carefully remove the mug from the air fryer using oven mitts or tongs, as it will be hot.
