Stuffed Mirchi Bhaji

Let the aroma of spice and the irresistible flavour of Stuffed Mirchi Bhaji take you on a flavour-filled journey.
Ingredients:
- 3 Potatoes, peeled and pressure cooked
- Oil (for brushing)
- Cumin Seeds
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Garam Masala
- Salt (to taste)
- Washed and Clean Mirchi (Chilli Peppers)
- 2 cups Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
- Water
Directions:
- Peel and pressure cook the Potatoes until they are soft.
- Heat some Oil in a Pan., add Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, and Salt according to your taste.
- Add the cooked and mashed Potatoes to the spice mixture in the pan.
- Mix well and cook for a while until the Potatoes are well combined with the spices.
- Take the washed and cleaned Mirchi, make a lengthwise cut in the center and remove the seeds to reduce spiciness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Gram Flour (Besan), Rice Flour, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, and Ajwain (Carom Seeds).
- Gradually add Water to create thick, smooth slurry.
- Stuff the prepared Potato Filling into the Mirchi where you removed the seeds.
- Dip the stuffed Mirchi into the Besan slurry, ensuring it's coated evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 10 Minutes.
- Place the coated Mirchi Bhajis in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the Stuffed Mirchi Bhajis at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, take out the Mirchi Bhajis and brush them lightly with Oil.
- Place the oiled Mirchi Bhajis back into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the Mirchi Bhajis at 180°C for another 10 minutes.
- The Bhajis should be golden and crispy when done.
- Once cooked, remove the Stuffed Mirchi Bhajis from the air fryer.
- Serve the hot and flavourful Stuffed Mirchi Bhajis with your favourite chutney or dip.
