Ingredients:
- Chicken Legs
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Roasted Garlic Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Oregano
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Chicken Masala
- Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Start by preparing the marinade. In a bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, roasted garlic powder, red chili powder, salt, oregano, Kashmiri red chili powder, chicken masala, and lemon juice. Adjust the quantities of spices to your taste preferences.
- Make a few deep cuts on the chicken legs to allow the marinade to penetrate.
- Rub the prepared marinade all over the chicken legs, ensuring they are well coated. For best results, you can marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator to enhance the flavors.
- When you're ready to cook, preheat your air fryer to 190°C for 10 Minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the chicken legs at 190°C for about 25 minutes. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the size of the chicken legs.
- About halfway through the cooking time, carefully flip the chicken legs using tongs to ensure even cooking and browning.
- Once the chicken legs are cooked and have a nice charred and crispy exterior, carefully remove them from the air fryer.
- Allow the Tandoori chicken legs to rest for a few minutes before serving.
