Tandoori Chicken

Through generations and cultures, Tandoori Chicken remains a beloved classic, a timeless dish that unites food enthusiasts in its irresistible charm.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Legs
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Roasted Garlic Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Chicken Masala
  • Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Start by preparing the marinade. In a bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, roasted garlic powder, red chili powder, salt, oregano, Kashmiri red chili powder, chicken masala, and lemon juice. Adjust the quantities of spices to your taste preferences.
  2. Make a few deep cuts on the chicken legs to allow the marinade to penetrate.
  3. Rub the prepared marinade all over the chicken legs, ensuring they are well coated. For best results, you can marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator to enhance the flavors.
  4. When you're ready to cook, preheat your air fryer to 190°C for 10 Minutes.
  5. Place the marinated chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the chicken legs at 190°C for about 25 minutes. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the size of the chicken legs.
  7. About halfway through the cooking time, carefully flip the chicken legs using tongs to ensure even cooking and browning.
  8. Once the chicken legs are cooked and have a nice charred and crispy exterior, carefully remove them from the air fryer.
  9. Allow the Tandoori chicken legs to rest for a few minutes before serving.
