Tandoori Malai Broccoli: A culinary masterpiece where the earthy charm of broccoli meets the rich creaminess of tandoori marinade.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Soaked Cashews
- 2 Cheese Cubes
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1-inch Ginger
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 1/2 tsp Fresh Cream
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/3 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 400 grams Broccoli
Directions:
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, cheese cubes, green chillies, ginger, milk, curd, fresh cream, kasuri methi, black pepper powder, rock salt, roasted cumin powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Blend until you get a smooth and creamy marinade.
- In a mixing bowl, place the broccoli florets and pour the prepared marinade over them. Make sure the broccoli is coated well with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the marinated broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the broccoli at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
- Once done, remove the tandoori malai broccoli from the air fryer.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or a side dish. Enjoy the creamy and flavourful tandoori malai broccoli.
