Tandoori Malai Broccoli

Tandoori Malai Broccoli: A culinary masterpiece where the earthy charm of broccoli meets the rich creaminess of tandoori marinade.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Soaked Cashews
  • 2 Cheese Cubes
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 1-inch Ginger
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/3 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 400 grams Broccoli

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, cheese cubes, green chillies, ginger, milk, curd, fresh cream, kasuri methi, black pepper powder, rock salt, roasted cumin powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  2. Blend until you get a smooth and creamy marinade.
  3. In a mixing bowl, place the broccoli florets and pour the prepared marinade over them. Make sure the broccoli is coated well with the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  6. Place the marinated broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry the broccoli at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
  8. Once done, remove the tandoori malai broccoli from the air fryer.
  9. Serve hot as an appetizer or a side dish. Enjoy the creamy and flavourful tandoori malai broccoli.
